PlywoodVanities.com is operated by Distinct Kitchen & Bath LLC. By placing an order on this site, you agree to the terms below.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product description errors, and to limit or cancel quantities at any time. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; your order is accepted when we confirm it by email.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Shopify at checkout. You represent that any payment method you use is yours and authorized for the purchase.

Delivery

We offer $49 flat-rate delivery to Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties and $200 delivery to the rest of Florida. We do not ship outside Florida. In-stock orders leave our warehouse in one business day and arrive within 1-2 business days. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order at delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.

Returns and cancellations

Returns and order cancellations are governed by our Return Policy.

Product information

We do our best to represent products accurately. Colors, wood grain, and finish may vary slightly from photos due to natural material variation and monitor settings.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Distinct Kitchen & Bath LLC and PlywoodVanities.com are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any product or the site. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
